  1. Siapkan 1 bh Dada Ayam (tanpa tulang).
  2. Kamu membutuhkan Secukupnya Mozarella (potong tipis).
  3. Siapkan Secukupnya Garam, Lada, Gula, Penyedap.
  4. Siapkan Secukupnya Tepung Bumbu.
  5. Siapkan Secukupnya Tepung Roti.
  6. Kamu membutuhkan Pelengkap : French Fries/ Frozen Vegetables.

  2. Setelah 10 menit, letakkan mozarella di tengah dada ayam kemudian tutup dan lipat sehingga mozarella ada didalam dada ayam, bisa menggunakan tusuk sate agar tidak terbuka.
  3. Siapkan 3 wadah, isi dengan tepung kering, tepung basah (tepung diberi air secukupnya) dan tepung roti. Baluri ayam dengan tepung kering lalu celupkan ke tepung basah, masukan kedalam tepung roti dan ulangi sekali lagi (proses 2 kali agar tebal).
  4. Panaskan minyak hingga panas, kemudian masukkan dada ayam, goreng hingga kuning keemasan kemudian angkat dan tiriskan.
