- Siapkan Bahan A.
- Siapkan 1 Bungkus mie telur (saya pakai merek cap 3 ayam).
- Siapkan Daun bawang.
- Siapkan Seledri.
- Kamu membutuhkan Sawi hijau (sesuai selera).
- Siapkan 2 butir telur kocok lepas.
- Kamu membutuhkan Bakso/ sosis (sesuai selera).
- Siapkan Bahan B.
- Siapkan 1/4 sdt garam.
- Siapkan 1/4 merica bubuk.
- Kamu membutuhkan 2 sdm kecap manis.
- Siapkan 3 cabe rawit.
- Siapkan Bumbu Halus.
- Kamu membutuhkan 5 Bawang Putih.
- Siapkan 4 Bawang Merah.
- Siapkan 5 Butir Kemiri sangrai.
- Siapkan 1 sdt gula.
- Kamu membutuhkan 1/4 sdt garam.
- Siapkan 1/4 sdt merica bubuk.
It is made with thin yellow noodles stir fried in cooking oil with garlic, onion or shallots, fried prawn, chicken, beef, or sliced bakso. For my lunch today, I made Mie Goreng, or Indonesian fried noodles, using World Foods Indonesian Fried Rice Paste. It was delicious and so easy to make. Most importantly, it satisfies every ounce of my craving for this noodle dish, and totally reminded me of my holidays in Bali when every lunch, the hotel butler would bring a serving of this.
Mie Goreng Tata cara
- Rebus mie telur setengah matang. Tambah sedikit minyak agar ketika ditiriskan tidak lengket satu sm lain. Tiriskan lalu tambah kecap manis 2 sendok makan.
- Cuci bersih daun bawang, seledri, sawi hijau, cabe rawit, kemudian potong2 sesuai selera (kecuali seledri).
- Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum pastikan tidak langu ya. Masukkan telur kocok lepas, disusul sosis dan bakso.
- Masukkan mie yg sudah ditiriskan. Tambah garam, merica bubuk, cabe rawit.
- Mie goreng siap dihindangkan, jangan lupa topping beri seledri dan bawang goreng.
