- Siapkan bahan, kupas bawang, rajang daun bawang seledri dan wortel diiris batang korek api, potong" baso dan cuci mie basah lalu tiriskan. Haluskan bawang putih dan juga cabe.
- Buat bawang merah goreng, sisihkan minyaknya.
- Pakai minyak sisa menggoreng bawang dan 1 sdt minyak wijen untuk menumis bawang putih, tambahkan lada bubuk dan cabe, aduk sebentar masukkan daun bawang seledri, 1 sdm saus tiram, matangkan bumbu.
- Tambahkan wortel dan baso serta 2 sdm air, kemudian baru masukkan mie basah, aduk rata hidangkan dengan taburan bawang goreng.
