- Siapkan 100 gr mie telur.
- Kamu membutuhkan 1 buah wortel (potong tipis-tipis).
- Kamu membutuhkan 6 lembar sawi (potong).
- Siapkan 1 batang daun bawang.
- Siapkan 5 buah bakso uk kecil.
- Siapkan 2 buah sosis ayam.
- Kamu membutuhkan sesuai selera Air.
- Kamu membutuhkan 2 sdm Kecap manis.
- Siapkan Saos tiram (opsional).
- Siapkan Gula dan garam.
- Siapkan secukupnya Minyak goreng.
- Kamu membutuhkan Bumbu halus :.
- Siapkan 3 siung bawang putih.
- Kamu membutuhkan 3 siung bawang merah.
- Siapkan 1 buah kemiri.
- Siapkan secukupnya Merica bubuk.
It is made with thin yellow noodles stir fried in cooking oil with garlic, onion or shallots, fried prawn, chicken, beef, or sliced bakso. For my lunch today, I made Mie Goreng, or Indonesian fried noodles, using World Foods Indonesian Fried Rice Paste. It was delicious and so easy to make. Most importantly, it satisfies every ounce of my craving for this noodle dish, and totally reminded me of my holidays in Bali when every lunch, the hotel butler would bring a serving of this.
Mie Goreng Tata cara
- Rebus mie kurang lebih 2-3 menit kemudian tambahkan minyak hingga merata supaya mie tidak lengket dan menggumpal saat proses menggoreng.
- Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, kemiri, merica bubuk, lada bubuk.
- Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum kemudian tambahkan wortel dan air tunggu hingga wortel empuk.
- Jika wortel sudah empuk tambahkan sawi tunggu hingga sawi layu kemudian tambahkan mie, bakso dan sosis aduk hingga merata.
- Tambahkan gula, garam, kecap manis dan saos tiram. Koreksi rasa.
- Tambahkan taburan daun bawang. Sajikan.
