  5. Kamu membutuhkan 2 siung bawang putih, cincang.
  6. Siapkan 1/2 bawang bombay, potong memanjang.
  7. Siapkan 1 sdm saus tiram Saori.
  8. Siapkan 2 sdm kecap asin.
  9. Siapkan 3 sdm kecap manis (kalau tidak mau terlalu manis bisa dikurangi).
  10. Siapkan 1 sdm minyak wijen (supaya wangi, kalau tidak ada bisa skip).

  1. Rebus mie selama 5 - 7 menit, beri 1 sdm minyak goreng. Jangan terlalu lama merebus mie nya, supaya tidak lembek. Tiriskan..
  2. Secukupnya minyak, goreng telur. Bikin orak-arik. Sisihķan..
  3. Secukupnya minyak, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay sampai wangi. Masukan bakso, kol. Aduk rata..
  4. Masukan saus tiram, kecap asin, kecap manis, minyak wijen dan merica bubuk. Aduk rata. Test rasa. Jika rasa sudah pas, masukan mie dan telur. Aduk rata. Selamat menikmati. 🙏.
