  1. Kamu membutuhkan 1 bungkus mie telor, rebus hingga matang.
  2. Siapkan 1/4 buah bawang bombay, cincang halus.
  3. Kamu membutuhkan 1 siung bawang putih, cincang halus.
  4. Siapkan 1 buah wortel, parut.
  5. Kamu membutuhkan 1/4 buah kol putih, potong kasar.
  6. Siapkan 2 batang sawi hijau, potong kasar.
  7. Kamu membutuhkan 50 gr tauge.
  8. Siapkan 2 batang daun bawang, potong kecil.
  9. Kamu membutuhkan 50 gr daging cincang (optional).
  10. Siapkan 4 buah baso daging (optional), goreng sebentar.
  11. Kamu membutuhkan 1 sdt saos tiram, garam, lada.
  12. Kamu membutuhkan Secukupnya kecap manis & minyak untuk menumis.

It is made with thin yellow noodles stir fried in cooking oil with garlic, onion or shallots, fried prawn, chicken, beef, or sliced bakso. For my lunch today, I made Mie Goreng, or Indonesian fried noodles, using World Foods Indonesian Fried Rice Paste. It was delicious and so easy to make. Most importantly, it satisfies every ounce of my craving for this noodle dish, and totally reminded me of my holidays in Bali when every lunch, the hotel butler would bring a serving of this.

Mie Goreng Tata cara

  1. Tumis bawang bombay & bawang putih hingga harum.
  2. Masukkan daging cincang & baso, tumis hingga mengering (akan keluar air dari daging).
  3. Masukkan wortel, kol, sawi, tauge. Tumis hingga layu.
  4. Tambahkan saos tiram, garam, dan lada.
  5. Masukkan mie yg sudah direbus, aduk rata serta tambahkan kecap. Aduk hingga warna coklat dari kecap merata.
  6. Tambahkan daun bawang, aduk rata kembali. Sajikan!.
