It is made with thin yellow noodles stir fried in cooking oil with garlic, onion or shallots, fried prawn, chicken, beef, or sliced bakso. For my lunch today, I made Mie Goreng, or Indonesian fried noodles, using World Foods Indonesian Fried Rice Paste. It was delicious and so easy to make. Most importantly, it satisfies every ounce of my craving for this noodle dish, and totally reminded me of my holidays in Bali when every lunch, the hotel butler would bring a serving of this.

- Langkah pertama kita haluskan bumbu menggunakan blender, kemudian tumis menggunakan minyak panas..
- Setelah bumbu halus ditumis, sisihkan dan taruh kedalam piring kecil.
- Geprek dan cincang bawang putih, masukkan tanpa minyak, masukkan telur, orak arik telur hingga matang, masukkan bumbu tumisan dan sisa minyak tumisan, masukkan wortel dan bakso, beri air sedikit..
- Setelah wortel matang, masukkan mie yang sebelumnya direbus terlebih dahulu, masukkan sawi, daun seledri dan daun bawang, beri sedikit kecap manis, garam dan penyedap aduk sampai merata, tes rasa.
