- Siapkan 1 bungkus mie burung dara.
- Siapkan Secukupnya kol, iris.
- Siapkan Secukupnya sawi hijau, potong2.
- Siapkan Baso ayam.
- Kamu membutuhkan Telur.
- Kamu membutuhkan Kecap manis.
- Kamu membutuhkan Saos tomat.
- Kamu membutuhkan Secukupnya garam, gula dan penyedap rasa.
- Siapkan Bumbu halus.
- Siapkan 5 siung bawang merah.
- Siapkan 3 siung bawang putih.
- Siapkan 3 kemiri.
- Siapkan 5 cabe keriting merah.
- Kamu membutuhkan 5 cabe rawit.
It is made with thin yellow noodles stir fried in cooking oil with garlic, onion or shallots, fried prawn, chicken, beef, or sliced bakso. For my lunch today, I made Mie Goreng, or Indonesian fried noodles, using World Foods Indonesian Fried Rice Paste. It was delicious and so easy to make. Most importantly, it satisfies every ounce of my craving for this noodle dish, and totally reminded me of my holidays in Bali when every lunch, the hotel butler would bring a serving of this.
Mie goreng Tata cara
- Rebus mie dan kol (secara terpisah ya) kemudian tiriskan.
- Panaskan sedikit minyak, masukan telur bikin orak arik. Masukan bumbu tumis sampai matang, kemudian masukan baso ayam, aduk rata.
- Masukan sayuran, tambahkan gula garam dan penyedap rasa secukupnya.
- Masukan mie yang sudah di rebus sebelumnya, tambahkan sedikit saos tomat dan kecap manis.
- Aduk rata sampai semua bumbu tercampur rata, koreksi rasa..
- Jika sudah, sajikan dalam piring/mangkok dan beri taburan bawang goreng di atasnya:).
