Tteokbokki is fried sticky rice cakes in a sweet and spicy sauce along with some other veggies. Rabokki has the addition of ramen noodles and hard-boiled eggs. The chewy rice cakes and soft noodles soak up a lot of flavor. Tteokbokki is one of the most popular Korean street foods in Korea.
Rabokki (ramen topokki) Tata cara
- Rendam teok yang masih beku di air hangat dan rebus telur puyuh.
- Cincang bawang putih dan potong-potong daun bawang, bawang bombay.
- Buat pasta kuah merah dengan mencampur Gochujang,Gula Pasir dan sedikit minyak wijen. Aduk hingga berbentuk pasta.
- Rebus mie gekikara lalu tiriskan.
- Tumis bawang putih, dan bombay hingga harum lalu tambahkan air secukupnya dan masukkan pasta tadi, tunggu hingga agak sedikit mengental dan masukkan bumbu gekikara pada kuah merah.
- Masukkan teok, mie dan telur puyuh aduk hingga rata. lalu tambahkan cabai rawit, daun bawang, wijen dan keju mozarella.
- Siap dihidangkan.
